Amy Lindholm

Amy Lindholm has a diverse work experience in talent advisory, talent management, global learning, inclusion & belonging, human resources business partnering, strategic workforce planning, human resources transformation consultancy, and leadership development. Amy currently holds the position of Director of Talent Advisory and Development at Scorpion. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Management professional at West Monroe in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they held roles at WPP as the Global Learning Lead for Inclusion & Belonging and as the Director of Global People Experience. Before that, they gained experience at Allstate from 2014 to 2020, where they held various positions as a Human Resources Business Partner, Strategic Workforce Planning Manager, Human Resources Transformation Consultant, and Leadership Development Program participant. Amy also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern at Zurich North America in 2012.

Amy Lindholm earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014. Their field of study was Organizational Communication, Business, and Global Labor Studies. Later, in 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DePaul University, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
