Brett Casella has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Brett began their career as a Marketing Intern at RMI Corporation in 2012, where they updated key information and added verified email addresses to the company's CRM system. Brett then worked as an Account Executive Intern at Impact Branding & Design LLC, where they authored blog posts and conducted target market research in 2013.

In 2013, Brett also served as the Chapter President of the American Marketing Association, organizing meetings and collaborating with academic departments and local businesses to host events. From 2014 to 2017, Brett worked as a Social Media Account Manager at Driven Local, developing and managing social media campaigns for clients and creating engaging content.

Starting in 2017, Brett joined Scorpion as a Facebook Advertising Manager, launching and managing ad campaigns for clients across various industries. Brett was responsible for developing campaign strategies, analyzing performance data, and optimizing budget allocation. At Scorpion, Brett also held the role of Director of Paid Social Advertising, where they managed a team, set goals, and implemented strategies to improve campaign performance and team efficiency. Currently, Brett is working as a Product Manager at Scorpion, where they write feature specifications, designs UI mockups, and performs QA testing.

Before their professional career, Brett worked as a Circulation Desk Assistant at J. Eugene Smith Library from 2010 to 2014, facilitating the circulation of library materials and providing customer service. Overall, Brett Casella has gained valuable experience in product management, social media advertising, marketing, and customer service throughout their career.

Brett Casella attended Howell Cheney Technical High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a High School diploma with a focus in Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD). Following that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Eastern Connecticut State University, studying from 2010 to 2014.
