Jonah Mattox has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonah started their career in the United States Air Force as a Satellite/Wideband Communications Technician from 1998 to 2002. After their military service, they worked as an Electronic Technician II at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, where they installed and configured internal system architecture at remote communications shelters.
Following that, Mattox joined Counseling Services, Inc. as a Telecommunications Technician. Jonah managed and ran the telecommunications division, installing, servicing, and supporting AVAYA phone systems. Jonah also provided technical support for computer and network systems.
Mattox then worked at Norris Inc. as a Telephony & IT Technician, specializing in the installation, operation, and maintenance of various electronic systems and devices.
Jonah later joined Transco Business Technologies as a Field Service Technician for a brief period.
In 2010, Mattox joined Maine Revenue Services as a Quality Assurance Management Analyst, where they researched defects, created business requirements documents, and generated test scripts for quality assurance testing.
From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Technical Editor at Carbonite, editing technical articles and improving HTML code.
In 2012, Mattox joined inContact, initially as a Technical Support Engineer III, providing customer-facing and internal technical support for various software and telecommunications platforms. Later, they transitioned to the role of Salesforce Administrator II, managing and maintaining a multi-org Salesforce environment for over 1000 users.
In 2018, Mattox joined Full Circle Group as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, responsible for implementing a Salesforce environment from scratch and handling multiple integrations to public and proprietary systems.
Most recently, in 2022, they joined Scorpion as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, where they focused on architecting the company's Salesforce environment, engaging with users, expanding app functionality, identifying process inefficiencies, and providing solutions for data quality issues and new project requests.
Jonah Mattox completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Game & Simulation Programming from DeVry University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In addition, Jonah has obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Data Architect in July 2023, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in September 2018, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator in October 2016, and Salesforce Certified Administrator in June 2016.
