Kristy Kelly

Kristy Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their most recent position at Scorpion, they worked as a User Experience Researcher starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were a User Experience Researcher at AnswerLab from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, they worked as an Interaction Designer at Idean, where they handled UX research and interaction design projects for clients such as IBM and AT&T. Before that, Kristy held roles as a User Experience Designer at USAA in 2018, a Lead Design Researcher and Project Manager at AIGA Design in 2018, and an Associate User Experience Designer at SolarWinds from 2017 to 2018. Kristy Kelly holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and a B.S. degree in Film Production, both from The University of Texas at Austin. Kristy also completed the User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained Surveys and Questionnaires for UX Projects and UX Deep Dive: Analyzing Data certificates from LinkedIn. Additionally, they have certifications in Service Design from Cooper and User Experience Design from General Assembly. However, the specific months and years of obtaining the latter two certifications are unknown.
