Stephen Bess has extensive work experience in various roles. Stephen began their career as a Professional Athlete with the Detroit Tigers from July 1999 to March 2004. Following that, they worked at Think Omnimedia as an Editor from May 2002 to December 2005, where they managed contributors, wrote content, and maintained relationships with advertising clients.

From December 2005 to November 2010, Stephen worked at Hi Torque Publishing as an Executive Editor, leading editorial teams, managing advertisers, and developing content strategies. Stephen then joined Air Age Media in November 2010 as an Executive Editor, where they focused on brand development, content strategy planning, and managing advertiser relationships until August 2013.
