Nick Huber

Nick Huber's work experience begins in 1997 as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer at Garlock Sealing Technologies. From 1998 to 2006, they worked at Fairbanks Morse Engine in various roles, including Business Unit Manager, Component Machining and Manager, Materials and Quality Assurance. Nick then joined Weir Minerals in 2006 as the Lean Enterprise Manager before becoming the Vice President of Operations from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they moved to Weir SPM, where they served as Vice President - Lean Enterprises and later as Manager Supply Development and Operational Support. In 2012, they became the Director of Quality at Fairbanks Morse Engine before being promoted to Director of Manufacturing / Plant Manager in 2013. Lastly, since 2015, they have been the Corporate Director at Scot Forge, a company specializing in the manufacturing of engineered-to-order forgings.

Nick Huber completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1992 and 1997. Later, between 1999 and 2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
