Calum Lawson

Calum Lawson currently serves as a Spirit Buyer and Venue Manager at The Scotch Malt Whisky Society since January 2020, with previous experience as a Brand Ambassador for Brown-Forman's Travel Retail division. From September 2014 to January 2020, Calum co-owned and managed the planning, development, and establishment of a new bar and restaurant in Glasgow, gaining extensive knowledge in commercial development and stakeholder management. Prior to this, Calum held the position of General Manager at Vroni’s Wine Bar and Assistant Manager at various venues under G1 Group. Educational qualifications include multiple certifications in whisky and spirits, as well as a diploma from the City of Glasgow College in Acting & Performance.
