In 2001, Arnold took on a human resources specialist role with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister in the UK. In this role, they undertook a number of projects across a broad portfolio for the office.
In 2004, Arnold returned to Australia to take on a Senior Consultant role with Hays. In this role, they worked with a range of Western Australian focused engineering and construction companies to engage technical and project delivery talent. Michael was intimately involved in sourcing staff for commercial building, public civil infrastructure, and land development projects.
In their current role as General Manager of Business Development and Strategy at Scotford Fennessy, Arnold is responsible for leading the company's business development initiatives and overseeing its strategic direction. Under their leadership, Scotford Fennessy has become one of the leading recruitment firms in Australia.
Michael Arnold completed a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Western Australia, majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Michael then completed a Diploma of Management at LMA.
Michael Arnold reports to Nick Fennessy, Managing Director. They are on a team with Jessica Costello - Senior Consultant, Natalie Whittle - Principal Consultant, and Lana Coombs - Senior Consultant.
