Daniel Strickland, JD, MTax, TEP, currently serves as a Business and Family Wealth Transition Specialist at Scotia Wealth Management, providing high-level planning and advisory support to Ultra High Net Worth clients and business owners. Previously, Daniel held positions as a Senior Total Wealth Planner at Deloitte Canada and a Director/Senior Wealth Planning Consultant at BMO Wealth Management. Early career experiences include practicing as a Lawyer and Notary Public at Siskinds, LLP, and managing programs at AthletesCAN focused on legal issues for athletes. Daniel's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Waterloo, a Juris Doctor from Western University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Huron University.
