Fernanda Philbois

Fernanda Philbois has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Multinational Banking Credit Risk at Scotiabank since July 2010. In this role, Fernanda has held multiple senior titles, including Senior Vice President of International Credit Risk and Managing Director of GBM Risk Management, demonstrating expertise in credit risk management and corporate credit analysis. Prior to joining Scotiabank, Fernanda worked as an Investment Services Analyst at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan for nearly a year and as a Risk Analyst at Citigroup for four years. Fernanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Finance from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, earned between 2003 and 2006.
