Pamela Ramnarain

Pamela Ramnarain, CHRL, MBA, currently serves as the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion for Scotiabank's Global Operations and Technology divisions, managing initiatives for an employee base of 20,000. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles at Scotiabank, including positions as Director of HR Business Partner and Senior Manager, Pamela has focused on implementing global DEI strategies across various business segments. Prior to joining Scotiabank, Pamela held multiple roles at Capital One where responsibilities included consulting on agile transformations and leading talent acquisition initiatives. Pamela is also a Board Member for the Mississauga Monarchs Basketball Association. Education includes an MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Toronto Metropolitan University.
