Samuel Vitale

Samuel Vitale is an experienced professional with a strong background in business process re-engineering and analytics within the banking sector. Since August 2010, Samuel has held various positions at Scotiabank, currently serving as the Director of Business Process Re-Engineering for Global Technology & Operations. In this role, Samuel leads the Retail Branch Lean & Smart Automation Program, focusing on enhancing efficiencies and reducing costs within the Retail Canadian Branch Network. Previously, as Senior Manager of Enterprise Productivity, Samuel conceptualized the Branch Lean & Smart Automation program and successfully onboarded over 12,000 users. Other roles include Senior Manager of Data Insights & Analytics, where Samuel introduced the Net Promoter System to analyze customer pain points, and Manager of Customer Experience, contributing to the development of sales and service models.
