Fiona Armour

Fiona Armour is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR and Reward at Scotsman Hospitality since March 2016, Fiona has previously held critical positions such as HR Business Partner at The Money Shop UK and Divisional HR Business Partner at Dixons Carphone. Notably, Fiona has extensive expertise in employee relations, having managed teams of ER Case Managers at NorthgateArinso and Dixons Carphone. Fiona's foundational HR experience began at BOC Distribution Services as a Personnel Clerk and progressed through roles in HR advisory and management. Educationally, Fiona holds qualifications from Watford College and Cumbernauld High School.
