Kathy Willis

Kathy Willis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in applications development and analytical chemistry. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Development Technician at Scott Bader since March 2003, Kathy is responsible for developing start point formulations in the graphic arts, construction, and coatings sectors, as well as testing existing formulations for performance. Previously, Kathy worked at Avon Cosmetics from November 1989 to October 2002, first as a Senior Microbiology Technician, conducting testing on raw materials and finished goods, and then as an Analytical Chemistry Technician, performing raw material testing using methods such as wet chemistry and HPLC. Kathy holds a human biology qualification from Booth Lane College and completed secondary education at Kingsthorpe Upper School.
