Neil Miller

Neil Miller serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Scott Bader since November 2022. Previously, Neil held essential financial leadership roles, including Finance Director for Paper and Recycling at DS Smith, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of finance, IT, delivery, and strategy teams across Europe and the US, managing significant financial metrics. Neil's experience includes finance directorship at De La Rue and a 13-year tenure at Mars in various capacities, including European CFO for Care & Treats, where success was driven by innovative strategies. Neil's career commenced as a finance graduate trainee at Diageo after obtaining a BEng in Ship Science from the University of Southampton and completing professional qualifications from CIMA.
