Joyce Arlt (Mancino)

Joyce Arlt (Mancino) is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in management roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as the IT Business Center Manager at Scott County since July 2006, Joyce oversees the IT Help Desk and procurement functions while assisting with the IT Department's annual budget preparation and analysis. Previously, as the Technical Support Center Manager, Joyce managed the Information Technology Service Desk and liaised between IT and business units. Joyce's prior experience includes serving as the Service Desk Manager at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where leadership of a team of 15 Help Desk Analysts resulted in improved call handling processes and service expansion. Earlier in the career, Joyce held the role of IT Manager at Entegris, focusing on help desk management and the implementation of ITIL processes. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
