Matt Sandell

Matt Sandell currently serves as the Property Systems Administrator for Scott County, Minnesota, starting in September 2023. With extensive experience in data analytics, application systems, and project management, Sandell supports HR Oracle Applications at CentraCare and has held a senior implementation consultant role at Tyler Technologies since December 2017. Previous positions include Manager of Assessment Services for the City of Minneapolis and Dakota County, where expertise in real estate valuation models and data management was developed. Sandell's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Conflict from Metro State University and an Associate’s Degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography.
