Sean Delaney

Sean is a high-level leader with foresight and a sharp focus on results. The native of Queens, New York, has been part of Scott Fischer Enterprises since 2003, holding positions from general manager to sales director to president before assuming his current role as operating partner of the Thunderbird and Duke City Harley-Davidson dealerships in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His leadership has drawn recognition via Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield Awards as well as public accord. Thunderbird and Duke City were voted “Best in the City” and were both chosen by the Albuquerque Journal as The Readers’ Choice for Outstanding Motorcycle Dealership.

Behind the success is the continual motivation he provides his leadership teams. He focuses on their growth as employees and encourages them to look for opportunities to grow the business. He’s a believer in the organizational strength of Scott Fischer Enterprises and knows that delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences is at the root of his success. He supports several charities, including Toys for Tots and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Away from the office, he and his wife Melinda are raising two children who are very involved in baseball and swimming.
