Michael Rabe

Michael Rabe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, recruitment, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior L&D Consultant at Lumicity since September 2021, Michael executes the L&D plan for Trainee Consultants and is responsible for recruitment systems training and enhancing employee competencies. Prior to Lumicity, Michael worked as a Recruitment Consultant at g2 Recruitment Solutions, where successful client relationships and contract negotiations led to the placement of 11 candidates and generated over $250k in revenue. Earlier roles include serving as a Server Trainer at Saltgrass Steak House and a Customer Service Representative at H-E-B, where Michael focused on training, mentoring, and improving workforce efficiency.
