Robert Shipley

Robert Shipley is a Senior Developer at Scott Logic since August 2019, having previously served as a Software Developer in the same company. Early career experiences include a Steward role at Gough & Kelly during July 2018, where responsibilities involved managing spectators and ticket operations at sporting events. Robert competed as an athlete for England Athletics in the 4x400m team at the Manchester International 2018 and for British Athletics at the European U23 Championships in July 2017. Prior experience includes work as a Labourer at Adecco UK, which involved a variety of roles in different industries, and as a Bartender at CGC Event Caterers Ltd, providing customer service at racing events. Robert holds a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Durham University, completed in 2019, as well as A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Computing from York College.
