Carlos Serra Mencos

Carlos Serra Mencos is a Founding Partner and Director Comercial at Scotta1985 since January 2006. Before that, Carlos worked as a Consultor Industrial at CB Richard Ellis from 2006 to 2008. Carlos holds a Master Degree in International Business from the University of Sydney in 2008 and a degree in ADE from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
