Jeffrey Hathaway

Jeffrey Hathaway has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, with roles spanning various companies and positions. Jeffrey is currently a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at World Insurance Associates LLC and Novatae Risk Group, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Director and Partner in Investment Banking - Insurance at Dowling Hales from 2013 to 2023. Jeffrey also worked as an M&A Transaction Manager at AIG from 2012 to 2013 and as an Investment Banking Associate in Insurance at Guy Carpenter from 2006 to 2012. Before entering the insurance industry, they worked as a Research Associate at the Deutscher Bundestag, German Lower House of Parliament in 2004 and as a German Translator at the Institut für Friedensforschung und Sicherheitspolitik from 2002 to 2003.

Jeffrey Hathaway completed their Master of Business Administration degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, graduating between the years 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa cum laude, in Political Science from Temple University in the years 1998 to 2001.
