Lyndsey Gaja

Lyndsey Gaja is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People at Scottish Fire and Rescue Service since September 2021, Lyndsey has also held roles such as Interim Director of People and Head of People and Organisational Development. In addition, Lyndsey is a member of the Board of Trustees for Skills Exchange SCIO. Previous experience includes Business Manager for Organisation Design & Development at Student Loans Company, HR & OD Business Partner at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd, and various roles at Law At Work and Bellcom Ltd, where expertise in HR functions and client management was developed. Lyndsey holds an MSc in Human Resource Management with distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University, a Pg Dip from the University of Strathclyde, and an MA in History from the University of Glasgow.
