Mark Cowan, a Chartered CIPD professional, has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. With their background in various companies such as Scottish Leather Group, Renewi UK Services Limited, and Shanks Group PLC, Mark has successfully implemented HR initiatives, managed organizational restructurings, and led large-scale redundancy programs.
