Theresa Olivant

Theresa Olivant is a seasoned professional in portfolio and project management, currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management at Police Scotland since February 2025. Prior to this role, Theresa held multiple positions at Skills Development Scotland from August 2014 to February 2025, including Head of Change Project Management Office, Programme Manager, Project Manager, and Project Advisor. Theresa's earlier experience includes operational improvements at Virgin Media, project consultancy roles at Virgin Media Business, and management consulting positions at Trinity Horne and Trinity Horne Consulting. Additionally, Theresa worked as a Senior Knowledge Manager at ntl for a brief period in 2006. Theresa holds a degree from The Open University.
