Anna Koska has extensive experience in administrative and support roles, currently serving as an Operations Directorate Administrator at the Scottish Prison Service since December 2017. Previously, Anna worked as a Business Support Specialist at Dunedin Canmore Group, where responsibilities included maintaining records, scheduling appointments, conducting audits, and improving team efficiency. Prior roles also include positions at Cringletie House Hotel and Winnock Hotel, focusing on customer service and event coordination. Anna began a career in customer service at ACCO Brands, developing strong client relationships and training new staff. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Judicial and Penitentiary Psychology from the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw and completed an Upper Intermediate ESOL course at West College Scotland.
Scottish Prison Service
The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government and was first established in April 1993. Our Framework Document sets out the policy and resources framework set by Scottish Ministers within which the SPS operates. As an Executive Agency, the SPS is funded by the Scottish Government.
