Stephen Sharkey

Stephen Sharkey has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Stephen started their career at Inverclyde Council, where they worked as an ICT Systems Officer from March 2000 to August 2005. Stephen then took on the role of ICT Project Manager at the same organization and worked until July 2008. Stephen then joined SCS Consultants in July 2008 and held various positions, including Principal Consultant and IT Infrastructure Manager. Stephen left SCS Consultants in April 2015 and joined SQA - Scottish Qualifications Authority as a Programme Manager. From September 2011 to March 2013, Stephen also served as an Infrastructure & Academies Manager at SCS Consultants. Stephen is currently serving as the Head of IT Service Delivery at SQA - Scottish Qualifications Authority since January 2022.

Stephen Sharkey attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Management. Stephen has an additional certification in Prince 2, but specific details about the institution and when it was obtained are not provided.
