Alasdair Marshall

Alasdair Marshall has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Business Partner at Scottish Rugby since November 2009. In this role, Alasdair provides business partnering and generalist HR expertise to both the High Performance function and Edinburgh Rugby, working closely with directors and senior managers in a dynamic environment. Alasdair leads the development and implementation of the reward strategy. Previously, Alasdair held the position of HR Administrator, managing payroll and supporting recruitment processes. Alasdair's prior experience includes serving as an HR Delivery Coordinator at Sky from September 2008 to October 2009. Alasdair holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dundee.
