Marcella French is an experienced marketing professional with a career spanning over two decades in the water industry. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing & Customer Experience Lead at Scottish Water Horizons since 2009, Marcella has also held roles such as Customer Intelligence Specialist and Marketing Manager. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2009, Marcella was employed at Scottish Water as a Marketing Projects Leader and Marketing Analyst. Marcella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & French from Queen's University Belfast, earned between 1989 and 1993.
