Alastair Hepburn

Alastair Hepburn currently serves as the Director of Loan Investments at Scottish Widows since September 2021. Prior to this role, Alastair held multiple positions at Lloyds Banking Group from August 2006 to September 2021, including Director of Large Corporate BSU and Director of Corporate Real Estate BSU Ireland, focusing on high-value Irish real estate loans and managing an equity portfolio of property and housebuilder companies. Alastair’s earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at Bank of Scotland from 1999 to 2006 in structured finance and corporate banking, and as a Manager at Ernst & Young from 1991 to 1999 in audit and advisory services. Alastair holds a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a BSc Hons in Pharmacology from the University of Aberdeen.
