Gillian Henderson

Gillian Henderson is an experienced professional with a strong background in banking and operations management. Currently serving as Lab Product Owner and Retirement Journey Owner at Scottish Widows since April 2018, Gillian leads a team focused on large-scale projects and continuous improvement for clients and colleagues at Lloyd's. Prior roles include Head of Business Operations for MM & SME Banking and Head of Planning at Lloyds Banking Group, along with a position as Lead Director for Commercial Scotland at Bank of Scotland. Gillian has extensive experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and driving business objectives, supported by a degree in Tourism and Economics from Abertay University.
