How do you like to run meetings?
1. Carefully evaluate if a meeting is necessary. 2. Use every asynchronous option available before considering a meeting. 3. Create a solid agenda so synchronous time is useful and productive. 4. Provide the agenda ahead of time so people can prepare ahead of time, and potentially identify we don't need a meeting at all! 5. If the meeting is unavoidable, stick to the prepared agenda and end on time.
