Courtney Larson

Courtney Larson is a seasoned trade compliance professional with extensive experience in managing compliance programs across multiple companies. Currently serving as Trade Compliance Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since October 2020, Courtney has previously held the role of Global Trade Compliance Specialist at The Hawthorne Gardening Company and Trade Compliance Specialist at TLR - Total Logistics Resource, Inc. Key expertise includes developing and administering compliance audit programs, overseeing export and import regulations, and advising cross-departmental initiatives.
