Kent Jones P.e.

Kent Jones, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Materials Engineer/Research Engineer and Project Manager at Scotty's Contracting & Stone, LLC since December 2016, Kent is responsible for estimating and managing asphalt paving and stone work projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Center for Asphalt Technology at Auburn University from April 2015 to December 2016, and a position as a Student Engineering Intern at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet from May 2013 to August 2015. Kent holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Western Kentucky University.
