Jennifer Brewton

Jennifer (Lingo) Brewton has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer most recently worked at Scoular as the Human Resources Director, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Scoular from May 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Scoular, Jennifer worked at Lansing Trade Group, LLC as an HR Business Partner from January 2018 to April 2019. Jennifer also held the role of HR Manager at Lansing Trade Group from September 2013 to December 2017.

Jennifer's previous experience includes working at Farmers Insurance as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2012 to 2013, HR Manager from 2011 to 2012, and HR Advisor from 2008 to 2011. Jennifer also worked at YRC Worldwide, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist from 2007 to 2008, and at Transamerica Life Insurance Company as a Recruiter from 2005 to 2007.

Jennifer (Lingo) Brewton earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Kansas State University, completing their studies between 2002 and 2004. In addition, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources certification in 2009 from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing The Leader Within certification at Kellogg Executive Education, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
