Sean Costello has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Sean is currently working as an Operations Director at Scoular, where they focus on creating a safe and efficient operations network for the Feed and Food Division. Previously, they served as the Head of Production Operations & FSQA at Wild Fork Foods, overseeing financial performance and leading a team. Sean also worked as a Plant Manager at Bay State Milling Company, managing flour mills and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to that, they held roles at ADM as a Milling Superintendent and Maintenance Manager, and at ConAgra Corn Processing as a Maintenance Manager and Production Supervisor. Overall, Sean brings extensive experience in operations management, continuous improvement, and team leadership.
Sean Costello attended Kansas State University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Milling Science and Management. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1993, they attended Johnson County Community College, earning an Associate of Science degree in General studies. In addition to their formal education, Sean also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Florida Atlantic University, with one obtained in 2014 and another in 2020.
