Liz Maillie has a strong background in marketing and leasing, with experience at scout's since March 2015. Liz also serves as a board member at Friends of the Rail Park, a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia. Liz previously worked as the Programming and Development Manager at Next City and had roles at The Pew Charitable Trusts and the United Nations. Liz holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Spanish from Guilford College.

Scout
Urban developers and designers delivering engaging projects in underutilized spaces. Currently overseeing the redevelopment of a historic vocational school in South Philadelphia into a mixed use destination for community services, artists, creative businesses and more. Scout was founded in 2011 in London. Our first project was the creation of a pop-up cinema called Films on Fridges in Hackney Wick. In 2015, Scout moved to the US to start to work on the redevelopment of the Bok Building in South Philadelphia.
