Chelsea Lamping is the Founder and CEO of Professional Career Consulting, LLC, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Manager at Scout & Cellar since July 2018, where they led a team of over 4,500 independent consultants and supported family-owned vineyards and artisan winemakers. Before that, Chelsea served in the US Air Force Reserve as the IMA to the Deputy Operations Group Commander since July 2015, where they were a senior leader and supervisor of multi-discipline organizations. Chelsea also has experience in the United States Air Force, where they worked as an Air Mobility Command Test Director managing operational flight test programs and as a C-17 Instructor Pilot and Flight Safety Officer with combat leadership experience.
Chelsea Lamping completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Washington State University from 1998 to 2003. Chelsea then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, studying from 2007 to 2009.
In addition to their degrees, Chelsea Lamping has obtained various certifications. In 2006, they completed the Aviation Safety Program Management (Flight Safety Officer) program at the Air Force Safety Center. Chelsea graduated from the Advanced Instrument School at the Air Force Flight Standards Agency in 2010.
Chelsea Lamping also holds certifications from the Defense Acquisition University, including Test & Evaluation Level I in 2011 and Test & Evaluation Level II in 2012. In 2012, they also achieved the Certified Flight Instrument Instructor - Multi-Engine certification from the Federal Aviation Administration. Chelsea obtained the Crew Resource Management Facilitator certification from the United States Air Force in 2014, and the Level 1 Program Manager certification from DAWIA in the same year.
