Jennifer Knott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career in 2000 as an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where they gained foundational legal knowledge. Jennifer then worked as a Participating Litigation Associate at Godwin Gruber from 2002 to 2005 before joining McElree Savage Smith as a Senior Litigation Associate from 2005 to 2009.

In 2009, Jennifer joined Cherry Petersen Landry Albert LLC as a Senior Litigation Associate, where they spent eight years specializing in complex commercial and business litigation. During their tenure, they worked on cases involving real estate, financial services, fraud, fiduciary breaches, and more. Jennifer demonstrated strong skills in procedural and substantive briefing strategies, deposition taking, trial participation, legal research, and settlement negotiation.

Jennifer transitioned to the corporate sector in 2017, joining Scout & Cellar as the Director of Field Operations. Jennifer quickly advanced to the role of VP of Field Operations, leading the strategic development of the field experience and supporting significant growth in headcount and revenue. Jennifer excelled in developing and executing field communications strategies, driving high engagement rates.

In 2021, Jennifer took on an expanded role as VP of Communications & Brand Standards at Scout & Cellar. Jennifer led teams in the development and execution of company communications and field compliance initiatives. Notably, they directed the development of a white paper on production standards and launched a field compliance team overhaul initiative. Jennifer also served as MC and facilitated a panel at a national conference.

Currently, Jennifer Knott serves as the Chief of Staff at Scout & Cellar, where they work as an integrator on the executive team. Jennifer drives cross-functional results and leads the Human Resources team, overseeing company and internal communications. Their achievements include leading the quarterly development of department objectives and key results using the Enterprise Operating System.

Throughout their career, Jennifer Knott has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills in both the legal and corporate domains.

Jennifer Knott completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations at Southern Methodist University in the years 1995 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law - JD degree from the same university from 1997 to 2000.
