Jon McDaniel

Jon McDaniel is the Founder of Second City Soil, a wine and hospitality consulting group in Chicago. Jon also serves as the Director of Product, Education + Subscriptions at Scout & Cellar, and the Director of Winery Relations & Marketing at VinConnect Inc. Previously, Jon was the Beverage Director at Gage Hospitality Group, General Manager/Partner at OON Restaurant, and Wine Director at Los Olivos Cafe. Jon holds a Master's degree in International Policy from Stanford University and Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from The George Washington University.
