Karen Koenig

Karen Koenig is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resource management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Founding Member at Scout & Cellar since January 2018, Karen has a strong background in entrepreneurship through self-employment with Nerium International, LLC from February 2012 to December 2017, focusing on personal wellness. Prior to that, Karen operated as a landlord and rental property investor from 1997 to October 2008, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Early career roles include Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Hecht's Department Stores and Assistant Administrator at The Charis Center, where responsibilities encompassed employee management and operational oversight. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from the University of Central Florida and is a certified Travel Agent from the Wilma Boyd Travel School.
