Chris Holland is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Concept Architecture Engineer at Scout Motors Inc. since March 2024, Chris previously held the position of Product Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company from July 2013 to March 2024, where responsibilities included mechanical packaging and prototype testing for various vehicle platforms including the Ford Mustang and F-150. Chris also led design verification testing for the Ford Bronco Sport and Maverick. In addition to engineering expertise, Chris has hands-on experience as a co-driver and pit crew member for endurance racing events, and has a background in guest services from The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Chris combines technical proficiency with customer service experience.
