Emily Frank, MSL, CCEP

Emily Frank has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to ethics, compliance, and risk management. Emily is currently working as an Ethics, Compliance & Risk Manager at Scout Motors Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Ethics & Compliance Manager at YETI from November 2020 to March 2023. Emily also served as a Program Coordinator for Ethics, Compliance, and Records at Newmont Corporation from May 2016 to November 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Judicial Assistant III at Denver County Court from November 2012 to May 2016. Emily has also worked as a Conflict Analyst I and later as a Conflicts Specialist at Bryan Cave LLP from February 2010 to November 2012. Moreover, Emily has experience as a Legal Assistant at Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis & Payne, LLP from June 2007 to February 2010, where they handled various responsibilities such as e-recording court documents, editing and re-drafting lawsuit documents, preparing trial exhibits, and managing filing tasks. Emily began their career as a Legal Assistant at Gerome and Hickey from November 2006 to June 2007.

Emily Frank, MSL, CCEP, holds a Master of Studies in Law degree in Ethics and Compliance from the University of Colorado Law School, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Denver, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Emily Frank also obtained the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in August 2022.
