Neil Sitron

Neil Sitron currently serves as General Counsel at Scout Motors Inc., leading the legal team and overseeing operations as the company transitions to its new factory in Blythewood, South Carolina. Previously, Sitron was General Counsel at Rivian, where responsibilities included building a comprehensive legal team and guiding the company through significant financing rounds and its IPO. Prior to Rivian, Sitron practiced law at Crowell & Moring LLP, focusing on various legal agreements and industry sectors such as transportation and financial technology. Additional experience includes roles in sales at HelloWorld, Inc., and financial analysis at Intel and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sitron holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
