Reid James

Reid James has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Reid started their career as a Summer Associate at Fevo in 2018. In 2019, they joined Smartling as an Enterprise SaaS Sales Development Representative, where they worked until 2020. From November 2020 to June 2022, Reid served as an Account Executive at GDS Group. Following this, they joined Worksome in June 2022 and held the role of Growth until March 2023. Currently, Reid is an Account Manager - MSP Partnerships at ScoutLogic Background Screening, starting from March 2023.

Reid James completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication & English double major at Wake Forest University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to attending university, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Woodberry Forest School. In addition to their formal education, Reid James also obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in January 2023.
