Ashley Waters

Ashley Waters is an experienced professional with a diverse background in relationship management, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at Scouts Canada since April 2010, Ashley focuses on developing well-rounded youth through community-led experiential education. In addition, Ashley has been a certified Pilates Instructor at Pilates Balance since March 2010, offering various classes including matwork and pre and post-natal sessions. Ashley has a political background, having been a Provincial Liberal Candidate for the Niagara Falls Riding in late 2021 and early 2022. As a founding panel member of NEXTNiagara from January 2011 to May 2013, Ashley contributed to the development of strategies for attracting and retaining talent in the Niagara region. Additionally, Ashley has held council membership with Niagara Connects, worked in sales and marketing roles at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre, and coordinated entertainment programs at Niagara Casinos. Ashley holds a BA Honours degree in Political Science from Brock University, obtained in 2006.
