Cline Hodge

Cline Hodge currently serves as the Vice President of Physician Recruiting at SCP Health, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Cline was the Associate Vice President of Physician Recruitment at American Physician Partners from May 2022 to August 2023. Cline's experience in talent acquisition includes roles as Director of Talent Acquisition at Marquee Dental Partners and PhyMed Healthcare Group, as well as a Regional Account Manager at Results Physiotherapy, where Cline transitioned back to sales due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional roles include Clinical Recruiter at LifePoint Health® and an HR Generalist at Healthways, Inc., where Cline also worked as a Clinical Recruiter and Health Coach. Cline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2009.
