Muhammad Umar Razzaq

Muhammad Umar Razzaq is currently serving as a Hospitalist at SCP Health since April 2024. Prior to this role, Muhammad Umar Razzaq was an Internal Medicine Faculty member at MERIT HEALTH WESLEY from August 2021 to February 2023 and completed residency there from June 2019 to June 2021. Muhammad Umar Razzaq also held a residency position at Nazareth Hospital GME Residency Program from July 2018 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Renown Health in late 2017 and a Research Assistant position at the University of California, Davis, where work focused on the application of natural language processing in anatomical pathology reports. Additionally, Muhammad Umar Razzaq served as an Observer at Pulmonary Associates Inc. in mid-2016. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree obtained from Services Institute of Medical Sciences between 2008 and 2013.
