Rahul Maharsia

Rahul Maharsia has a strong work experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the areas of innovation, research and development, and product development. RAHUL currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer at SCP Limited, where they lead strategic development and collaborates with the CEO on scaling new technologies and products. Prior to this role, they worked at Porex as Senior Global Director of Innovation RA QA, where they developed strategic roadmaps and fostered open innovation through collaborations with various stakeholders. RAHUL also has experience at Trelleborg Offshore, where they held multiple roles including VP of Innovation R&D and Quality, Vice President of Operations, and Product and Process Development Manager. In these roles, they led teams, supervised activities, and managed profit and loss lines, all while driving innovation and product development. RAHUL also holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Rahul completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Flowserve Corporation and as Tools for Innovation & Design certified from BMGI Consultants.
