Irina Baikulova

Irina Baikulova has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. Irina began their career in 2011 as Deputy Chief Accountant at LTD "Efir". In 2012, they moved to British American Tobacco as an Accountant. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Mars in two roles: Treasurer and Intercompany Analyst and Payroll and Tax Accountant. In 2017, they joined Scratch Financial as a Finance and Accounting Trainee and was promoted to Accounting Manager and Finance Director/Controller in 2018.

Irina Baikulova obtained their Master's degree in Finance, General from Kyiv National Economics University between 2006 and 2011. In 2014, they received a Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA. In 2017, they obtained a DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING (Rus) from ACCA. Finally, in 2018, they passed the CFA Level I exam from the CFA Institute.
